Anne Schilk’s vibrant and colourful jewellery is created by combining silver with acrylic, resin or other contrasting metals.
Anne completed her jewellery apprenticeship at a well known college in Germany focusing on craft and design, and has since been creating her colourful work in the Julian Stephens workshop since 2003, where she also teaches one of the popular evening classes.
Inspired by unusual techniques, her pieces range from riveted acrylic and silver, to inlay of gold in steel. Her most popular range is called SWIRLS, a combination of coloured resin and silver in a matt finish. Whilst her chosen colours beautifully compliment each other, the pallet of colours could be almost infinite, as enamel paint is mixed into the liquid resin, giving you the option of an individual and personalised piece with your choice of colour combination.
