Silver Pendant with 18ct yellow gold and Swiss Blue Topaz 'Comet' design

This incredible sterling silver pendant, titled 'Comet' is designed and hand crafted by Julian Stephens. A majestic pear shape swiss blue topaz is 'rubover set' into 18ct yellow gold to ignite the rich blue of this stunning gemstone. The intricate hand piercing technique in the silver reveals small blue topaz stones that emanate from the centre stone, where the design has been influenced by a comet, giving the piece its name. The pendant has sloping sides creating height and 3 dimensions to this magnificent show stopping unique necklace. The pendant hangs from a hand made bale, attached to a chunky silver spiga chain, and would look outstanding worn to an equally regal event.
